I break down silos and build cross functional relationships. I work closely with strategists, researchers, developers, product managers and customer care. It's only with the insights from all functions that projects reach their full potential.

As a designer I gather the information, data and answers that will help me provide the most impactful user centered deliverable possible. When I'm done I will gather more data and do it all over again to improve the experience.
